Amity Law School, Noida, AUUP is organizing a quiz competition on Constitutional law of India.
The competition will take place on:
• Date: 22nd August 2014
• Registration: 0900 hours onwards
• Examination: 1100 hours to 1230 hours
• Venue: Amity Law School, I-2 Block, Sector 125, Amity University, Noida, UP.
Question Paper
The competition will be held in the form of questions on CONSTITUTIONAL LAW of INDIA, which will include reported cases till December 2013 (as available on SCC online).
• Question paper will be in inform of multiple choice questions, comprising of100 marks
• The duration of examination will be for 90 minutes.
• There shall be negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer.
• Unfair means during the examination shall result in disqualification.
• In case of a tie there will be a tie-breaker.
• Judge’s decision shall be treated as final and binding.
Eligibility
• Individual participation only.
• The competition is open to undergraduates of 3 years or 5 years law course ONLY. Registration
• Registration is already OPEN
• Last date of registration is 14th August, 2013
• Registration on first come first serve basis.
• Registration will be confirmed only after payment of registration fees.
• Registration Fee
• Registration fee is Rs. 100/- per student.
Registration Procedure
• There shall be NO on-desk registration.
• Registration form is attached at the end of this manual.
• The registration form needs to be printed and filled in. (incomplete forms will not be accepted)
• Registration fee to be paid ONLY to student coordinators.
Other Specifications
The quiz competition will be followed by:
• Nani Palkhivala memorial lecture.
STUDENT’S CODE OF CONDUCT
• Students must carry their identity card issued by the institution at the time of reporting.
• No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 1100 hours.
• Use of mobile phones, laptops or any other electronic gadget is prohibited in the examination hall.
• There shall be no dress code enforced for the competition; however students are expected to adhere to formal dressing.
